The Queens Unsung Heroes Award for Meru

What will it cost to have a project made by MERU?

No charge is made directly to the child or their family. However some families like to make a donation, which is gratefully received as it will help us help more children and young people.
As a charity, MERU must use its limited resources carefully. Whenever possible, we will seek a financial contribution towards the cost of the project from the young person's local authority or other relevant body.

For simplicity we operate a price band system. On receipt of a completed referral form we will inform you of the appropriate band.

These are not a reflection of the true cost of designing, manufacturing and testing equipment. Research and development is hugely expensive, but the bands only reflect around 10 - 20% of the full true cost. We work to subsidise the rest from charitable donations.

Where MERU is making adaptations to existing equipment, the equipment must be obtained beforehand.

MERU also has a number of Instant Solution products for sale, which are available immediately. Click Here for more information.
